Medical intake
Tell us about your health history, current medications, goals, and prior treatment. This is a medical screening, not a product order.
Clinical review
A licensed clinician in your state independently decides whether treatment is appropriate. A prescription is not guaranteed.
Medication delivery
If prescribed, a licensed pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it in discreet packaging. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Ongoing care
Use your portal for check-ins, dose questions, side effects, refills, and treatment changes. Your clinician can adjust or stop treatment based on your health and response.
Every treatment starts with a short screening — the questions ahead. They exist so that nothing is ever sold that a clinician couldn't prescribe: where you live, your age, and a few safety questions decide whether treatment can even be offered.
After checkout you complete a full medical intake and ID verification in the Halwel member portal. A licensed provider reviews everything before anything ships, and if they decide treatment isn't right for you, you receive a full refund.
Weight loss is clinician-led GLP-1 therapy for weight. Longevity is lower-dose metabolic support and recovery programs. Energy & recovery is NAD+ therapy, as an injectable or a nasal spray.
